Bob is a graduate of St. John's University Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. Since graduation he has been practicing law as well as acting as Counsel to State Senator John Marchi until the Senator's retirement in December of 2006, Bob also served as Counsel to the NY State Senate Standing Committee on Corporations Authorities and Commissions for 4 years. Bob is a member of the Board of Directors of the Workers Compensation Bar Association of the Sate of New York, and a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, the Injured Workers Bar Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives. Bob is also the former Chairman of the Richmond County Republican Party.
